The Artist: Philiberte was born in New Delhi in 1984 and within days, due to an unfortunate bathwater incident, was found by a pair of woolly mongooses who, bless their little hearts, raised him until he was eighteen years of age. A Rhodes Scholar and winner of no less than four Nobel prizes and six Oscars by the tender age of fifteen, Philiberte tired of reading things [he has said that books are the basis of ALL sordid things] and decided to do comics. The rest is history.
